In the golden autumn of August, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air! As this season of harvest approaches, batches of students are about to step onto university campuses, embarking on a new journey to pursue their dreams. To share the joy and care brought by the company’s growth with its employees and local villagers, our company held the 2018 “Golden Autumn Scholarship” award ceremony for Qinhuangdao Baigong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. on the morning of August 24. The event was attended by Yang Guofu, Director of the Lulong County Education Bureau; Fang Hongtao, Deputy Town Mayor of Shimeng Town; leaders from the Lulong County Television Station; Zhang Shunchang, General Manager of Baigong Iron & Steel; Wang Yanzhao, Deputy Director of the Cultural Activity Center; Li Changsong, Head of the Human Resources and Enterprise Management Department; village-level officials from Chanshimeng, Mengshimeng, Tieshimeng, and Zhangshimeng in Shimeng Town; as well as all the scholarship recipients and their parents. The Lulong County Television Station and the Publicity Department of the County Party Committee provided follow-up coverage.

In the vibrant month of March, when birds are singing and grasses are lush, we celebrate the 109th International Women’s Day! On the afternoon of March 7, Qinhuangdao Baigong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. hosted a 2019 Women’s Day health‑education symposium in its multi‑purpose hall. Attending the event were leaders and distinguished guests, including Mao Yanrui, Manager of the Finance Company; Li Fengjuan, Chairwoman of the Shimen Town Women’s Federation; Zhang Haibin, a mental‑health counselor from Lulong County; as well as nearly one hundred female employee representatives from various departments across the company.

On the morning of January 26, 2019, as the Spring Festival approached, a delegation led by company Party members—comprising representatives of the company’s annual model employees and team leaders—visited the Veterans’ Home in Lulong County. They warmly paid their respects to veteran revolutionaries, widows of martyrs, and other beneficiaries, presenting them with supplies such as rice, cooking oil, and wheat flour. The delegation extended festive greetings, wishing the elderly residents a joyous holiday and good health and long life at the Veterans’ Home.

On November 25, 2018, Qinhuangdao Baigong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. successfully held its “First Workplace Etiquette Training”! Participants included staff from the Manager’s Office, cafeteria receptionists, drivers, clerical personnel from various plants and departments, as well as representatives from external service units such as the Finance Department, the Supply and Marketing Company, and the Human Resources and Corporate Management Division.
